böhme, like many boutique retailers, faces many issues as it grows, not the least of which is having visibility into the performance of each store. When sisters Vivien and Fernanda Böhme opened their first temporary store in 2008, they had no idea that in a few short years they would be managing 15 stores across the Midwest with more than $14 million in revenue. For a family-owned business, managing one or two stores is a relatively simple operation, but as the company grows, so does its need for information, especially when it comes to loss prevention and company analytics.
