Through the LINK Partner Ecosystem, Cayan’s Genius Platform has integrated with the Demandware Commerce Cloud to power ecommerce and in-store payments on the Demandware Digital and Demandware Store solutions. Through this partnership, Demandware clients utilizing the entire Commerce Cloud unlock a powerful omnichannel solution to improve consumer engagement and grow their businesses faster.

Cayan’s Genius, a cloud-based payments system that helps businesses and point of sale developers navigate and accept new payment technology as it becomes available, is a payments solution integrated across Demandware’s Commerce Cloud and is its EMV-certified payments solution. This integration unlocks seamless retail experiences, across channels for retailers and customers. For example, Genius provides omni-tokens for Demandware Store clients, which allows customers to do things like buy online and return in-store. Genius also ensures retailers can allow customers to pay however they choose, whether through traditional credit and debit cards or through mobile payments including NFC, Apple Pay, Android Pay and other solutions.
