Holistic Infrastructure Upgrade Provides Store Associates with New Tools and Insights

Redwood City, CA /PRNewswire/ - Today Oracle announced that Helzberg Diamonds, a member of the Berkshire Hathaway group of companies, has completed a significant upgrade to its Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service solution while implementing Oracle Retail Order Broker and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement with the support of BTM Global. The upgrade has modernized Helzberg's infrastructure and allows them to shift their focus to strategies that better support store operations and deeper customer interactions. The latest version of Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service boasts an improved integration to Oracle Retail Order Broker and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement which together support revenue growth across more than 200 Helzberg stores throughout the United States.
