In every issue we share retailers’ successes in the hope that you might find some of your own.

This ninth issue of the 18th volume of Integrated Solutions For Retailers is a special one for us.

It was back in September 1999 that we launched a magazine for retail IT buyers with a mission to help retail executives make informed decisions about technology and operations solutions for all of their sales channels. That makes this issue a milestone: the anniversary of our 15th year in business. Milestones such as this give us an opportunity to mark and assess the progress we’ve made on our journey, and they provide us an opportunity to think upon what comes next.
