Retailers are evolving from the traditional product-centric practices of the past to the consumer-centric disciplines required to succeed in today’s all-channel retail environment. This shift is made clear in the recently released Integrated Solutions For Retailers 2014 Retail Tech Spending Survey. This annual study looks at retail investment plans and how they change over time. This year’s study shows that retailers are increasing their investment in technologies that support consumer-centricity, such as e-commerce and social and mobile marketing.
