The retailer recently converted its business model and became an Ace Hardware dealer—joining over 4,400 locally owned Ace Hardware stores nationwide—which has allowed it to continue to be innovative and unique in the ever-changing market.

Included in its business model transformation, Vickery Hardware also opted for a technology boost—deploying the Eagle N Series software to improve inventory management and more efficiently implement industry best practices.
