Bronto again in the running for prestigious award after winning in 2009 and 2010
Leading email marketing service provider for eCommerce Bronto Software has been named a Finalist in the Customer Service Department of the Year IT & Telecommunications for the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The honor acknowledges Bronto Software's exemplary service by anticipating clients' needs through proactive support.
The awards are presented by the Stevie® Awards, which organizes several of the world's leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards.

There are 28 categories for customer service professionals, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; as well as 31 categories for sales professionals, ranging from Global Sales Leader of the Year to Sales Training Program of the Year to Sales Department of the Year of the Year. Bronto Software is a Finalist in the Customer Service Department of the Year IT & Telecommunications Services & Software.
