Effective case management is one of the key answers to getting more done with less. And although you may associate case management purely with investigations and the outcome and follow-up of such crimes, I am about to expand your thinking on the effectiveness of case management when applied to various areas of retail loss. Technology is king today, and it is time to use technological advances in case management to move the needle on shrink and profit loss. Whether a retailer utilizes an internal case management process or one of the case management companies doing business with the retail segment, I suggest expanding your current case management philosophy to every core area of loss.
