Minnesota-based Red Wing Shoe Company (Red Wing Shoes) handcrafts and manufactures work shoes and boots, producing thousands of pairs every day. With 170 retail stores and 400 dealership stores, the company has experienced rapid growth over the years. Therefore, it needed an integrated planning solution to meet its needs. Yet, planning wasn't the only area in need of an overhaul.
