Agentrics NeoGrid Announces Supply Chain Collaboration Portal That Unites Thousands Of Retailers And Manufacturers Across Globe

New internet ‘cloud-based’ tool enables the integrated management of all Agentrics NeoGrid solutions to help decision-making in the supply chain

Agentrics NeoGrid, a leading company in supply chain synchronization, has launched a new concept for supply chain management, the NeoGrid Portal. Built after heavy investment in its own platform and technologies, the tool integrates all current solutions of the company, creating a single point of access for managing the entire network of any client’s supply chain. The portal means faster and easier access for thousands of customers worldwide.

Aiming to contribute to the development of the supply chain, the NeoGrid Portal provides numerous benefits to Agentrics Neogrid’s existing and future clients, including: access to all Agentrics NeoGrid solutions with a single login; sales and marketing support; demand planning and replenishment; global sourcing and procurement; logistics and financial exchange. In some countries, the synchronization also extends to standardized electronic data exchange (EDI) with the government in e-invoicing.

Officially launched this month during the 2012 Supply Chain Link, Agentrics NeoGrid’s annual client event in Sao Paulo, on May 9, the portal is first being deployed in Brazil, with initial access granted to those clients present at the event. The on-demand cloud platform requires no up-front investment, with no additional equipment to purchase. The platform optimizes supply chain management for companies of all sizes, providing flexibility in processes and other benefits for the end-consumer, including improved availability of products.

In addition to quick and easy synchronization of internal processes throughout the entire supply chain, the portal also leads to synergies in collaborative projects through improved monitoring and exchanges of information, such as on stock levels and availability of products on the shelf.
