With the installation of a new high-capacity laminator, Arthur Blank & Co., Inc. has reached a billion-card-per-year milestone, making its Boston facility the largest plastic card production operation in the world. The new high-speed Burkle lamination press, now one of three at this single plant location, increases the capacity of Arthur Blank to 1 billion credit cards annually.

Arthur Blank & Co., Inc., the industry leader in card marketing solutions, acquired this custom-built high-speed laminator from Burkle USA. The state-of-the-art press uses heat and pressure to laminate credit cards. It is the fastest and most efficient lamination press in the world.
