BTM Global, a premier provider of system integration and development services, announced that Bellacor is now live with NetSuite. Bellacor is a Minneapolis-based e-commerce retailer of lighting, furniture and home décor products. This was Bellacor’s first full-scale ERP implementation.
With NetSuite, Bellacor now has a significantly streamlined IT infrastructure that paves the way for better visibility into operational data and efficiencies, along with scalable growth. This highly complex integration project accounted for approximately 500,000 SKUs with 16 completely custom integrations to outside systems, as well as several customizations to meet Bellacor’s unique business requirements. BTM Global was responsible for the integration of NetSuite with the existing Bellacor website and a proprietary EDI-based vendor portal, all through a new enterprise service bus (ESB), allowing for increased integration flexibility and scalability. Along with the integrations, BTM designed, built, and delivered a custom EDI bundle and sales order sourcing engine.
