BullsEye Veterans Strengthen The Company's Agent Channel

Brian Babich and Tony Walterhouse Lead with Experience and Knowledge
SOUTHFIELD, Mich.—Together with their recently enhanced agent agreement, BullsEye Telecom® channel leaders Brian Babich and Tony Walterhouse are helping position this leading provider as the national “carrier of choice” for the agent channel.
In his role as Director of Alternate Channel Sales, Babich is tasked with managing channel initiatives. Meanwhile, as Director of Partner Relations, Walterhouse will support BullsEye’s partners through contract negotiations, partner communications, and training and agent recruitment. When asked what their recipe is for a successful agent channel, both Babich and Walterhouse agreed giving the agents access to the telecommunications solutions their clients value is just a small portion of what leads to success. With BullsEye, agents will benefit from more in-depth training and the tools needed to effectively close a sale. This combination of tools and training is instrumental to a partner’s success.
As seasoned professionals, Babich and Walterhouse have more than 30 years’ combined experience managing the telecom channel. Prior to joining BullsEye, Babich was a master agent at Michigan-based Telegration, also a current BullsEye Telecom partner. According to Babich, “My firsthand experience facing typical agent-challenges is what has enabled me to develop effective and result-oriented training.” He is passionate about nurturing his partners’ abilities to sell and is committed to training them and cultivating essential sales skills. Further elaborating on his experience, Babich explained, “My nine years as a master agent, together with my seven years with BullsEye both on the direct and indirect sides, gives me a very unique perspective into the challenges an agent may encounter. The experience selling directly to national accounts allows me to share my intimate knowledge with the agents and lead them to closing the sale with multi-location national accounts.”
On his part, Walterhouse echoes Babich’s sentiments, explaining his commitment to support partners. “I hit the ground running every day with the primary objective of building a premier channel program geared to the needs of our partner community, and providing world-class support as its foundation. It is through unparalleled service and support, combined with our robust portfolio of nationwide voice and data solutions, that we will be the provider of choice for agents across the country,” he explained.
It’s clear from their levels of commitment, and BullsEye’s growing presence in the channel, that their dedication is translating to success. Together with the updated agent agreement, current and future partners are in great position to benefit through a relationship with BullsEye.
