SLIM CD, INC develops the latest in PC-based point-of-sale software, which turns a merchant's PC into a POS device. The SLIM CD is designed to support retail, restaurant, hotel, auto rental, direct marketing, and e-commerce merchants. The product includes both desktop software and web-based functionality.

The SLIM CD desktop software and virtual terminals are very fast, typically processing transactions in 2 to 3 seconds. The SLIM CD runs on any IBM-Compatible PC with an Internet or dial-up connection.

All of the merchant's transactions and reporting are available on the Internet. There are daily and monthly summaries and transaction details are available. The transactions are displayed in realtime.

The SLIM CD software automatically supports Level II data, providing you with the best rates when accepting Business or Corporate credit cards. And, an Enterprise Edition is available to that supports automatic billing for recurring transactions that get processed every month.
