CFI Group Announces New Senior Vice President: Chris Denove
CFI Group, a global leader in customer satisfaction measurement and management, recently announced the appointment of Chris Denove to Senior Vice President. Chris will focus his attention on developing and launching new products for CFI Group by leveraging his considerable experience in the customer satisfaction market.

Before joining CFI Group, Denove spent 11 years at J.D. Power and Associates, most recently as a Vice President, where he developed over a dozen syndicated studies and helped bridge the connection between customer satisfaction and company profits. Denove has particular experience working with senior executives at some of the nation's largest corporations helping them integrate customer information and feedback into tactical and strategic planning.

During his tenure at J.D. Power and Associates, he co-authored the book "Satisfaction: How Every Great Company Listens to the Voice of the Customer", published in 2007.
