Coral Deploys Cloud Workforce Management From WorkPlace Systems Across 1,700 Shops

WorkPlace Systems plc, the leading supplier of workforce management solutions in the cloud, recently announced that Coral, part of Gala Coral Group, have rolled out WorkPlace OnLine Workforce Management (WFM) across 1,700 licensed betting shops for 10,000 colleagues. The solution will help it improve service levels, increase staff productivity, reduce costs and reduce administration time.

Coral have implemented WorkPlace OnLine Cloud Schedule and Attendance Management with USB biometric registration devices. The solution will enable the company to deploy the right people in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand and provide visibility of labor across all shops.

WorkPlace OnLine reduces administration; shop managers can now quickly and easily create schedules for their shop. The intuitive interface means that shop managers can be trained in its use in just a few hours.
