CPI Card Group Renames Companies

The recent move of CPI Card Group's California facility to North Las Vegas has inspired renaming of CPI Card Group's two companies. Effective immediately, Colorado Plasticard, Inc. and California Plasticard, Inc. are now CPI Card Group - Colorado, Inc. and CPI Card Group - Nevada, Inc., respectively.

The change is in name only and designed to represent the new location and commonality between the companies. There are no changes to the companies' ownership, corporate management, or corporate structure. Each company remains a unique corporation, while sharing common ownership and executive management.

"The new companies' names better represent the brand we have been building over the years, and will help us continue to define our joint corporate image.
