Bulbs.com uses customer feedback to improve its website and create 18% growth.

In 1999, Worcester, MA-based e-tailer Bulbs.com began selling lighting to commercial customers and some consumers. It now employs 45 people and is an Internet Retailer Top 500 Company. In early 2009, the founding CEO stepped down and new CEO Mike Connors stepped into the role. One of the first things that Connors looked to do was build a brand and a position within the industry. In September 2009 he brought in Bryan Trainor as VP of marketing to begin the process of building the Bulbs.com brand and increasing sales.
