DataMax Services acquires Vision Point Of Sale

DataMax Services, a sister company of DataMax System Solutions and a provider of hardware and software solutions, has acquired Vision Point of Sale, a provider of on-site maintenance and point of sale hardware throughout the US and Canada.

DataMax said that the purchase includes Vision's entire maintenance business, technical facility, all engineering machinery, as well as its inventory of point of sale equipment.
