Retail Service Provider Introduces QR Code for Easy Access to Company Information

QR code, which stands for "Quick Response" code, is a unique, two-dimensional code consisting of black modules arranged in a pixilated square pattern. QR codes are readable by a dedicated QR barcode reader and camera smart phones.

To read DAVACO's QR code, a QR barcode reader application must be downloaded on a smart phone with a camera. There are a variety of applications available at no-charge, such as ScanLife (scanlife.com). Once downloaded, the barcode content is translated quickly on the mobile device.

However, DAVACO also utilizes service-specific QR codes, such as the one first seen in QSR Magazine, which links users to DAVACO's restaurant services page.
