Edge Information Management, Inc. Promotes From Within As Their Company Continues To Grow In 2012
Edge Information Management, Inc. promotes Norm Gagnon and Marc Giguere from their current roles to reflect the company's steady growth.
Edge Information Management, Inc. a prominent provider of employment and drug screening services announced recently that they have promoted Norm Gagnon to Vice President of Compliance & Operations, previously the Director of Compliance and Marc Giguere from Acting Director of IT to Director of IT.
Norm Gagnon joined Edge Information Management, Inc. in 2002 and has been serving as the Director of Compliance until February 1, 2012 when he was promoted to the Vice President of Compliance & Operations. In Gagnon's newly expanded role, he retains the responsibility for monitoring any changes in laws and regulations impacting the background screening process. He will continue transitioning day-to-day duties to Ryan Fadden, Compliance Administrator, which include communicating pertinent regulatory changes to Edge's staff and clients. Gagnon will take on a leadership role in further implementing "best practices" for Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) by enhancing Edge's Policies and Procedures and ensuring accuracy and compliance of all products and services offered by Edge.
Marc Giguere, who has been working with Edge's IT department since 2003, was also recently promoted to the Director of IT. Marc brings his expert knowledge of technology, software development and project management to Edge's IT Department ensuring smooth, future growth of Edge's proprietary internet software, WebScreen and the many client driven integrations slated for 2012. Giguere will provide oversight and direction for Edge's internal IT staff as well as any local contract services used for special projects.
