Gymboree Selects hybris To Enhance The Omni-Channel Shopping Experience Across Its Brands

With This Selection, hybris Gains Further Traction in the US Retail Market

hybris, a leading provider of multichannel commerce and communication software, recently announced that The Gymboree Corporation (Gymboree) has selected the hybris platform to enhance its eCommerce efforts and provide a cohesive omni-channel shopping experience across its three brands, Gymboree, Crazy 8, and Janie and Jack.

To continue to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience, Gymboree sought a robust omni-channel commerce software solution which would allow the business to rapidly implement new digital marketing and cross-channel shopping capabilities.

"We selected hybris based on the breadth and agility of its solution, the company's alignment with our multichannel vision, and its demonstrated ability to be rapidly implemented. We have very ambitious goals and are confident that hybris will enable us to meet them," said David Strobelt, VP of IT and Logistics for The Gymboree Corporation. "In our selection process, we set our gaze beyond what we know today, and assumed the torrid pace of change in multichannel will be with us for many years to come. We sought a framework upon which we could adapt and compete in fast changing conditions. Out of all the commerce platforms we looked at, we felt hybris' solution offered us the open architecture, scalability, TCO and agility to power a cross-channel shopping experience without introducing IT complexity into our organization."

"We are thrilled to be working with such a well-respected retailer in the U.S. as Gymboree," said Steven Kramer, North America president of hybris. "We look forward to helping Gymboree deliver a superior and enhanced shopping experience to its customers."
