Charming Shoppes, Inc. ("CSI") is a multi-brand, specialty apparel retailer headquartered in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The company launched as "Charm Shoppes" in 1940, and has grown to the nation's third largest woman's specialty clothing retailer, as measured by store units. CSI's network of 2,100 store locations principally serves the women's plus-size apparel market in 48 states. Core brands include Lane Bryant®, Fashion Bug®, Catherines Plus Sizes® and Lane Bryant Outlet®, whose combined sales brought company annual revenues to $2.2 billion in the last four quarters.
