Industry Veteran Jack Confrey Takes The Helm As Executive Vice President Of Citizen Systems America
Citizen Systems America Corporation (CSA), a supplier of world-class printing solutions, announces the promotion of John "Jack" Confrey to executive vice president. Bringing more than 20 years of industry experience to his position, Confrey will be responsible for increasing sales and market share for the growing line of CSA product in the Americas.

Confrey recently acted as vice president of sales and marketing for CSA, where he handled North and South America sales and marketing applications for the line of receipt, barcode, impact and mobile printers. He worked to increase product distribution in Latin America and Canada while raising direct account revenue more than 100 percent. Prior to joining CSA, Confrey served as vice president and general manager of the OEM division for Epson America, Inc. During his time with the company, the OEM division revenue grew from $37 million to $483 million.
In addition to his vast sales management experience, Confrey is the author several books and articles on sales including "Practical Sales Management — Alone in the Field." He also instructed a sales management course at University of California, Riverside and held leadership roles for a variety of sales and marketing organizations.
