Lilly Pulitzer and Digby CEOs to host live launch of the retailer's new mobile commerce initiative today in Austin
Lilly Pulitzer® today announced the launch of its first-ever mobile website, compatible with all web-enabled mobile phones and optimized for the iPhone and Android devices. A live launch meet-and-greet will be held at 3:00 pm CDT this afternoon (Thursday, July 8, 2010) at the Lilly Pulitzer® store in Austin, Texas at The Domain. Lilly Pulitzer® CEO, Scott Beaumont, and Digby CEO, Dave Sikora, will both be in attendance to introduce Lilly Pulitzer customers to the new mobile website.
The project is part of a key initiative for the company to increase availability and convenience for its shoppers, and the timing of the mobile launch is in the heart of the retailer's busy summer season.
