Mobile marketing (m-marketing) has been around for some time, yet not all retailers are leveraging its power as a direct-to-consumer marketing channel. This lack in itself is enough to make one wonder if m-marketing is all that it's cracked up to be. The truth is, however, that m-marketing is probably the single most powerful tool that a retailer can have in its marketing arsenal today. So if this is the case, why isn't everyone doing it?
