Fulfillment goes beyond just picking, packing, and shipping. Virtually every major retailer requires its suppliers to meet stringent requirements including parameters such as on-time delivery and order accuracy. Retailers expect "right time, right quantity" in compliance with detailed packing and shipping guidelines.
