The Shoe Company is a national big box footwear and clothing retailer with 60 stores across Canada. To support its rapidly growing web channel and leverage inventory across the organization, The Shoe Co. deployed OrderDynamics’ Ecommerce Platform and Retail Order Management Solution to enable omni-channel commerce fulfillment options. With OrderDynamics’ robust Inventory Management module, The Shoe Co. ships online orders from its stores, and allows customers to buy online and pick their order up in-store using a Google Maps-integrated Store Locator tool. In addition, the module enables partial shipments of multi-item orders, each with unique tracking codes, and the Easy Return program, wherein online orders can be returned at any store.
