Opterus Announces Store Ops-Center V3.2 - Introducing Capacity Planning
Opterus Inc., the leading provider of cost-effective, web-based store communications and task management solutions, recently announced the release of Store Ops-Center (SOC) Version 3.2, introducing their Capacity Planning functionality. Opterus SOC is an intuitive, web-based (SaaS) solution designed specifically for retail to simply and effectively manage and execute store tasks and communications. The release of SOC V3.2 continues to add new functionality to the existing modules, along with the greatly anticipated Capacity Planning functionality. With SOC Capacity Planning, retailers can specify how much task work, in hours, each store is expected to have capacity for per week. Once that is set, staff responsible for either creating, approving or viewing tasks can see the effect of the specific task, or all tasks, on available workload for the stores. With this insight, retailers can then actually decide what to do about it.
