ParTech, Inc. Announces Hardware Certification By Synchronics
ParTech, Inc., a leader in point of sale (POS) technology systems for the hospitality and specialty retail markets, today announced that its POS4 XP and ViGo hardware terminals are now certified by Synchronics, a company that develops, supports and distributes point of sale and business software for the retail industry. The Synchronics certification of PAR hardware allows the Synchronics CounterPoint V7 and CounterPoint SQL software packages to operate on PAR's point of sale hardware.
Synchronics currently has a network of 250 resellers. "This certification will allow the VAR's who market CounterPoint V7 and CounterPoint SQL to offer PAR's POS4 XP and ViGo as part of the total POS solution," said Paul Benevich, manager, business partner development at PAR. "PAR's hardware has a reputation for being feature-rich, highly durable and fast in operation capability. Together with Synchronics, we offer a strong solution for the retail market."
PAR's POS4 XP offers reliability and functionality that has been proven in the field, according to Benevich. ViGo is PAR's newly released POS hardware that is equipped to meet cutting-edge technology requirements, like wireless capability, a customer display, and integrated peripherals.
