Payment Processing: Michigan State University Federal Credit Union Selects iPay Technologies For Online Bill Pay

iPay Technologies, a leading online bill pay provider for community financial institutions, was selected by Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSU FCU) to provide its 145,000 membership base online bill pay services.

MSU FCU, the largest university-based credit union in the world, previously managed all of its online bill pay operations internally.

"iPay Technologies online bill pay product will take our bill payment offering to a new level," said Jeffrey Jackson, vice president, member services for MSU FCU. "iPay's sole focus is online bill pay, so being able to access their award-winning GUI, expansive functionality and impressive electronic rate will greatly improve our members' online experience."

"MSU FCU has been in the bill pay business for as long as we have. For MSU FCU to entrust their standards to iPay and outsource such a critical piece of their online strategy is humbling. This new partnership will raise the bar in our industry by demonstrating how two dedicated organizations can work together to deliver excellence to the end-user," said Kelli Schultz, president of iPay Technologies.
