PeopleAnswers Adds New Capabilities To Predictive Talent Analytics Solution Boosting Hiring Consistency And Predictability

Enhanced Search and Reporting Help Companies Improve Quality of Hires, Productivity and Decisions in Employee Recruiting Process

To help organizations make better hiring decisions faster in an increasingly competitive talent market, PeopleAnswers announces it has enhanced its Predictive Talent Analytics solution. These improved capabilities will help recruiters and hiring managers increase predictability when they select and hire employee candidates.

The recently released software includes three significant enhancements:

  • PeopleAnswers Personality Inventory (PPI) 2.0: This major core instrumentation upgrade improves the software’s ability to gather and identify the Behavioral DNA from each job candidate and predict which employees will be most successful when hired. The PPI 2.0 adds a 39th dimension to measure candidates’ creativity and provides a more granular scale for candidate responses for even greater accuracy. The questions are now easier to translate into other languages and also less transparent so candidates provide more accurate, honest responses. PPI 2.0 also has fewer questions reducing the total time for candidates to complete the assessment while also generating a larger response. These scientific improvements give recruiters and hiring managers greater predictability in their hiring decisions to drive employee performance and retention.
  • Candidate Feedback Report: This report provides meaningful feedback to job candidates and current employees who have completed the PeopleAnswers assessment. A new user interface makes the report easier for people to read and streamlines insight into their own core behaviors. With this information, employees can more easily manage their own careers by seeing areas where they excel and where they need to improve to reach their job and career goals. Also, employers can use the information as a component of a larger career development program supported by the existing coaching platform.
  • People Tab 2.0 Search: This capability allows recruiters and hiring managers to find and communicate with job candidates faster using advanced keywords and filters. With ranked results, they can focus on the candidates that match search criteria best. Search terms can be refined term combinations, filters and Boolean logic, and users can save favorite searches.
