DALLAS – PeopleAnswers has launched a new mobile application enabling candidates to complete the employee assessment used in applying for jobs from mobile devices.

With the new mobile feature, PeopleAnswers will instantly detect whether candidates are using an iPhone, iPad or Android device and automatically direct them to the assessment test formatted for their specific device. The mobile application is based on research PeopleAnswers completed with input from more than two million job applicants. The new capability is now available and included in the software subscription price.
