Pep Boys, with roughly 750 stores and 7,000 service bays, is one of the largest auto parts and service providers in the U. S. Started in 1921 by four Navy buddies in Philadelphia, Pep Boys has grown to over $2 billion in revenue and employs more than 16,000 people.
