Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc. Acquires First Grocery-Anchored Shopping Center In Ohio

Cincinnati, OH /PRNewswire/ - Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the acquisition of Harvest Plaza, adding the first property in the state of Ohio to the Company's portfolio.

Harvest Plaza is a 75,866 square foot grocery store-anchored shopping center in Akron, Ohio. The shopping center is anchored by Giant Eagle. Giant Eagle is the number one grocer by market share in the Akron area. Other national and regional tenants at the center include Papa John's, Subway and Super Cuts.

The Company's Phillips Edison sponsor also has a robust acquisitions pipeline managed by a national, in-house acquisitions team from which it continues to source opportunities to acquire high quality grocery-anchored shopping centers diversified by grocer, geography, tenancy, lease expirations and creditworthiness.
