NCR RealPartner Atlantic Restaurant Systems provides POS solution including Menusoft's Digital Dining software

A franchisee of The Loop Pizza Grill located in Kernersville, N.C., has deployed a point-of-sale (POS) solution from NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR). NCR RealPartner Atlantic Restaurant Systems (ARS) is responsible for the sale, installation and maintenance of the solution, which includes Menusoft's Digital Dining software and NCR RealPOS™ 21 terminals.

"We love the new NCR RealPOS 21 terminal for its bright screen, speed and reliability," said Chris Cox, owner, The Loop Pizza Grill. "Paired with customizable Digital Dining software, this solution allows our servers to move even more customers through the line with quick and accurate transactions."

The NCR RealPOS 21 is a small-footprint touch-screen workstation designed to deliver a new level of investment value through a combination of performance, reliability and functionality. Driven by powerful Intel technology, the NCR RealPOS 21 supports the latest POS applications and peripherals while accommodating retailers' future needs.

Digital Dining's POS software is built to meet the needs of complex hospitality environments, offering features available in an all-in-one database including: customizable checks and POS printing; pre-authorizing credit cards for bar tabs and a one-touch drink recorder; robust and customizable reports; automatic 24-hour rollover to help prevent interruption of business; and menu modification for time of day and promotions.

"Our long-standing relationship with The Loop Pizza Grill franchisees provides us with an in-depth understanding of their training, installation and service requirements," said David Archer, president of ARS. "Based on our experience, we knew that the NCR RealPOS 21 and Digital Dining solution would provide the reliable, rugged and efficient solution needed to succeed in the customer's demanding fast-casual environment."
