RadioShack Drives Fulfillment Options, Apple Pay, And More For Holiday Shoppers

Just in time for the holidays, RadioShack is launching exclusive products from top brands and new customer services to make shopping at RadioShack even more affordable and convenient.

While the leading retailer of consumer technology introduces customers to a new lineup of smart, innovative products available on store shelves this holiday season—RadioShack is also introducing customers to their Ship 4 Free, Price Match Guarantee, Pay Your Way with RadioShack Credit Card, SmartPay option, and the integration of Apple Pay in over 900 RadioShack locations throughout the U.S.

With Ship 4 Free, customers have the opportunity to receive desired items another RadioShack that carries the products their local RadioShack may not have in stock at the time. Orders are sent to their nearest store within three to five business days to be picked up for free.

Customers can expect to pay the lowest prices on products at RadioShack as they match prices with those of local competitors and leading ecommerce retailers to RadioShack.com. "RadioShack's knowledgeable associates are ready to serve customers to ensure they find the perfect gift at the right price with our expanded price-match guarantee," said Joe Magnacca, chief executive officer at RadioShack, in recent press release.

With multiple financial options offered through the reintroduced RadioShack Credit Card, customers can choose between two new monthly payment plans—either receiving 5 percent back as statement credit or paying off items without interest. With purchases of over $25, online shoppers qualify for free shipping when they use their RadioShack credit card.

Customers can also take advantage of SmartPay—a budget-friendly, lease-to-own program, comparable to layaway, except customers can take home and enjoy their devices while still making payments. Customers even have the option to make payments online and by mail instead of having to pay at their local store—a huge convenience for customers during the snowy holiday months.

As a carrier of Samsung and Apple mobile devices, RadioShack launched the RadioShack Fix It Here! service available in stores. Expert technicians are always on-hand to fix faulty buttons, dented screens and other repairable damages in a quick manner.

RadioShack is among other top retailers to include Apple Pay into stores this month— a simple and secure way for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users to checkout at RadioShack stores in major regions including Chicago, Washington, Los Angeles, San Francisco, expanding to more locations within the next year.

Beginning Black Friday, customers can anticipate outstanding offers and savings on trending products at Staples and online. To better-serve customers, RadioShack plans to expand the time frame for returns and keep stores open even later during the busiest shopping weeks.
