Quantum Retail's business model allowed Guitar Center to start small, with very limited risk and then grow the project to suit their needs. Using Quantum Retail's 'pay-as-you-go' model, the Guitar Center team was able to easily justify and plan for the investment, which has paid off with tangible business results.

Within 3 months the project was delivered on time and on budget. After an eight-week monitoring period, service levels showed an average increase of 1.4% and inventory displayed a reduction of 11% (units), when compared to a control group. Since then Q has constantly improved and is realigning the stock throughout Guitar Center.

Quantum Retail has helped Guitar Center to move forward with their strategic initiatives and improve visibility to store-level demand, drive the business based on product goals at the store level and get the order timing right.
