RPE Appoints Gary Lowen As Vice President Business Development
Responsible for New and Existing Client Development for Leading Retail Consulting Firm
RPE announced recently the appointment of Gary Lowen as vice president of business development. He joins RPE bringing more than 30 years consumer packaged goods and retail software experience. In this new role, Lowen will be responsible for expanding business development efforts with current clients and prospects and will work closely with software vendors to optimize supply chain opportunities. RPE is a leading retail consulting firm specializing in business process improvement, package selection, strategic IT planning and systems implementation to deliver innovative merchandising and supply chain solutions.

Lowen spent 16 years on the independent software side where he served as senior vice president of Intactix International, vice president of U.S. sales at JDA Software and vice president of retail at Manhattan Associates. Most recently, he joins RPE from Retail Optimization, Inc., a start up company focused on assortment and macro space optimization, where he served as senior vice president of sales and marketing. He began his career working 16 years for beverage alcohol giants Seagram's and Diageo in sales and sales technology roles.
