The company currently operates more than 400 Build-A-Bear Workshop stores worldwide and generates more than $394M in annual revenue. As one of the first retailers to integrate kiosk technology as a mission- critical aspect of their business, Build-A-Bear Workshop is always looking for new ways to engage guests. As such, the company was looking for a way to update the look and feel of the stores and increase guest satisfaction through reduction in perceived wait time at the POS.
