Located in western Pennsylvania, the family-owned company has been in operation for 40 years, raising beef cattle using all-natural processes (no hormones or antibiotics). Fifteen years ago, Mish opened a retail meat market and deli to sell farm-raised meat, along with fresh sandwiches and other products.
