Swiftpage Delivers Built-For-Mobile CRM

New Saleslogix Release Designed Specifically for In-Field Users, Now Powers UniFirst Corporation’s Mobile Sales Force

Swiftpage, provider of integrated marketing and CRM solutions that help businesses market and sell, has delivered a new version of its award-winning Saleslogix CRM software for mobile users. The company also announced it has partnered with UniFirst Corporation to deliver Saleslogix Mobile to UniFirst’s field sales force, so it can efficiently manage its corporate and user prospecting databases.

Director of Product Management Dave Wallace said that Saleslogix Mobile reflects Swiftpage’s commitment to pioneer new ways of helping businesses engage with and sell to customers. “Companies want the flexibility to equip their people with the right information and tools to manage relationships in the field. Saleslogix Mobile isn’t just a mobile interface on an existing CRM product. It’s been designed from the ground up with the features and functions that will help salespeople easily and quickly act on opportunities.”

Saleslogix Mobile allows salespeople to manage accounts, take and update orders, and see opportunities when they’re in the best position to respond—right in front of their customers. With its rich user experience and task-oriented interface for iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry and other devices, users can access detailed customer information stored securely in the Saleslogix Cloud or On-Premises. They can also access up-to-the-minute customer information using quick lookups or filtered searches and connect with the calendar of activities, take notes, schedule meetings and complete activities.

Saleslogix has been lauded by analyst firm Info-Tech, who recently named it a “champion” in its CRM Suites for Large Enterprises Vendor Landscape. Saleslogix Mobile customer AgReliant also recently won the Gartner and 1to1 Media Gold CRM Excellence Award for Sales Force Effectiveness, marking the second year in a row that a Saleslogix customer has won the award.

As organizations increasingly look to the flexibility of mobile sales and marketing tools, one customer already leveraging Saleslogix’s new mobile features is UniFirst Corporation, an industry leader in the supply and servicing of uniforms, work wear, and facility service products. Saleslogix partner Plus Consulting collaborated on the successful implementation of the innovative system, which UniFirst’s sales team will now access via their company-issued iPads.

“We used Saleslogix for our inside sales team, and decided to roll the mobile version out to our entire sales force so we could increase productivity in the field,” said Paul Raimondi, UniFirst Corporation IT project manager. “SalesLogix and Plus Consulting worked with us to ensure the implementation was efficient, and met every one of our specific, and challenging, requirements.”

Saleslogix Mobile is compatible with the latest HTML5-based devices on Android, iOS, Blackberry, and Windows phones. Additionally, the browser-based mobile client can be accessed on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE9. Other new features include:

  • Full mobile attachment support, including camera support, so that users can snap pictures of incidents, invoices or other important documents and add them to the CRM
  • A “My Activities” view that helps users keep track of current tasks
  • Mobile search with Google-type search functionality that allows users to find critical data quickly and easily
  • A global menu, providing faster and easier access to any part of the CRM system
  • Multi-currency support for companies with global operations.
