Until it implemented a demand forecasting and planning application from JustEnough, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits struggled with a homegrown replenishment system that yielded an unsatisfactory level of OOS (out-of-stocks) on some labels and left the company overinventoried on others.

ABC operates 144 stores throughout Florida, as well as an e-commerce site at abcfws.com. The company sells 3,300 wines, 400 cigars, and 1,100 rare and popular spirits, as well as gourmet foods, gift baskets, glassware, and other related items.
