I."HSD Exclusive'': now available on all New-Generation ePOS Systems by AURES!
AURES presents HSD Exclusive (‘'Hardware Status Display''), a new Systems Management Security Platform for centrally monitoring and receiving data on the status of the equipment installed, for as many units and locations as required; the utility provides an instant display of all the key system data – in a choice of 3 languages. This can be requested by users via the ePOS' touchscreen (or LCD display in the case of a retail PC), giving for example processor or fan temperatures, power supply readings, Hard Disk Drive and network interface status…and so on.

This feature allows the key data from an entire batch of terminals and systems to be centralised, automatically sending information via e-mail (for instance, to a store chain's Information Systems Manager or Hotline), for as many units and locations as required.

Odyssé 2: the AURES flagship range now with even better performance and new, up-to-the minute color scheme!

  • The latest version of the Odyssé 2 integrated POS terminal is equipped with an even more powerful motherboard (featuring an INTEL Dual-Core E5300 processor), RAID 1 where a second hard drive is fitted, and hot swap capabilities (with the drives located in an easy-access rack to the rear of the machine).
  • The terminal also offers excellent ergonomics and easy access to its hard drives and fan system. Fully optimised and located to the rear of the terminal (reached via a small hatch behind the touchscreen), the fan can be easily accessed requiring no tools – thus offering extreme ease of maintenance and genuine user-friendliness for till staff.

II.Odyssé 2 also reveals exciting new clip' colors*: Cassis (soft violet), Iris (metallic mauve), Silver (metallic silver), Kiwi (fruity green) and Mocha (gentle coffee brown).

These offer a natural extension to the existing color range: Tonic Orange, Carmine Red, Indigo Blue, Pure White and Black Piano. The Odyssé 2 terminal base (CPU) is available in 2 colours, pearl and graphite.

*These new color options are also available on other AURES equipment and peripherals, such as the OLC 15 touchscreen, etc

III.Galéo 200, the latest version of the integrated, vertical-concept ePOS by AURES
Developed predominantly for the tough conditions encountered in catering, takeaway and food outlets, Galéo 200's fanless and vertical design makes it particularly suitable for the challenges of quick and continuous cash desk operations by staff in standing positions.

  • New generation Galéo 200 features enhanced performance, with the integration of an INTEL Atom Pineview dual-core D525 processor for a fanless IT system, highly resistant to dust, flour, crumbs and accidental splashes – typical hazards in catering and hospitality environments, food services, bakery outlets and grocery stores.
  • The ePOS incorporates the HSD Exclusive (Hardware Status Display) management utility, providing enhanced IT monitoring and security.

The Galéo 200 is available in two colours: pearl and graphite.
