CSN is a fast-growing multichannel retailer of collectable coins and numismatic continuity programs. CSN markets and sells its unique, collectible products through many different channels: paid programming on television, live TV shows, catalogs, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, and e-commerce. Approximately 400,000 customers have purchased at least one item from the company, and that number is increasing. The company's call center, headquarters, and warehouse are located in Scottsdale, AZ. Due to the company's rapid growth and its high volume of customer shipments each month (CSN makes approximately 29,000 shipments each month, and that amount increases to 70,000 during December), CSN needed a solution that had the flexibility to enable growth and customization in a cost-effective manner.
