Source: Accu-Time Systems, Inc.

At 80 million strong, Millennials officially comprise the largest cohort, or generation, in American history. According to the Boston Group, they ac- count for more than a trillion dollars in consumer spending. They’ll support 50% of the U.S. economy by 2016. But more important, Pew Research says they’ll comprise 75% of your workforce by 2030.
