Triversity Expands Its Store Solutions Suite With Stored Value Application

The stored value application is part of Triversity's rapidly expanding portfolio of store solutions and business decision support solutions, which includes client-server, enterprise and mobile POS; workforce management; loss prevention; analytics and reporting; sales audit; and centralized transaction services including returns authorization, integrated and certified EFT services, customer profiling and history, and loyalty and promotion delivery programs.

Available for Triversity's Transactionware GM and Transactionware Enterprise POS solutions, the integrated stored value application tracks virtually any kind of liability, such as gift cards, merchandise credits, serial-numbered gift certificates and coupons. A key application for boosting revenues, Triversity's stored value application can be used to increase customer loyalty, boost frequency of customer spending, and create upselling opportunities, since customers typically spend more than the face amount on a gift card or merchandise credit.

It eliminates third-party transaction costs, since retailers license the software from Triversity and do not pay third-party transaction fees each time a gift card is activated, redeemed or reloaded.
