TSYS Loyalty Names New President

Rod Boyer, a 21-year veteran of the payments and technology industries, has been named president of TSYS Loyalty, a leading provider of card-based rewards and loyalty marketing solutions.

Mr. Boyer is responsible for TSYS' entire loyalty enterprise, including client relations, operations, product development and implementation and sales and marketing. In his new role he will report to Allen Pettis, Group Executive, Relationship Management for TSYS.

"Rod's experience in managing large-scale business operations for fast-growth, technology focused companies makes him a smart choice for the leadership team of TSYS," said M.Troy Woods, president and chief operating officer of TSYS. "Based on his track record of success within TSYS and in the industry-at-large, we look forward to him delivering new levels of client service and innovation."

Until March 2007, Mr. Boyer was chief operating officer of TSYS Acquiring Solutions, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm's day-to-day operations, including operational efficiencies, strategy and compliance. Prior to his tenure at TSYS, he was executive vice president of client relations for a leading information security provider and executive vice president of sales and marketing for a national systems integration firm.

Mr. Boyer will be based out of Alpharetta, Ga.
