YESpay Store Manager Mobile Apps And Web Services Launched For Merchants To Manage Card Payments

YESpay International, has now launched Store Manager mobile/web applications, and web services that assists merchants in building four cornerstones of their multi-channel payment strategy: customer affinity, card payment risk mitigation, enhancing business performance and building customer trust.

Store Manager Web Services can be used by merchants for host-to-host applications integration or for building merchant customised "Mobile Shops" with payments support. Store Manager enables merchants to set-up and distribute e-coupons, promotions and location-based-services and to manage their fraud prevention policy via real-time alerts such as excessive refunds. It also provides merchants with valuable reports and management information related to their card payments and enables them to process card payments including subscription or recurring payments via cardholder tokens.

The Store Manager smartphone application is in effect a mobile version of a Point of Sale Card Payment device for YESpay merchants. When a merchant uses Store Manager mobile application on his/her smartphone, the merchant can perform following functions:

  2. Payments by selecting a card from his list of stored card Tokens,
  3. Transaction reports at a merchant, store or terminal level,
  4. Setup discount coupon parameters, promotion messages for YESpay-Wallet consumers shopping in his stores,
  5. Fraud prevention by checking and acting on alert messages from the EMBOSS host.

The merchant's Store Manager Mobile App is dialoguing with the YESpay EMBOSS Payment Service host to perform the above functions. YESpay EMBOSS Payment Service host can disseminate alert messages to the Store Manager application when potential fraud events are detected, e.g. high-level of refunds over a period or if a card is used repeatedly for multiple refunds in a day, week and month period.
