It was that year that Stance Inc., the niche purveyor of some of the trendiest performance socks on earth, was born. Six years and close to $100 million in raised funds later, their aspirations are bearing big fruit. Stance socks can be found in Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, thousands of boutique shops, and just about every big-box sporting goods store that matters. They’re sold in more than 11,000 stores in 40 countries.
